Good hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Very convenient self-check in and out. Clean and new. Very close to Hakata Station. Very simple but comfortable hotel. They have free lockers and luggage storage service. You can leave your luggages before check in and after check out. They also have same day luggage delivery service (with a minimal fee,) to airport. However, the pick up location is at domestic terminal, so be aware that you will still need to bring the luggages on the shuttle bus from domestic to international terminal. Will definitely come back here again.

The hotel is a short walk from the Hakata Station....many good eatery located nearby. The reception staffs are very helpful. Help us to arranged early morning airport transport. Like to share an experience about the situation at Fukuoka Airport Operation ...This Airport is closed from 11.00pm - 5.00am.

About 6-7 min walk from Hakata station (not bad)... Very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. We were also pleasantly surprised how neat the room was (in a little packed space as expected), with toilet and shower area separated, so we ended up extending our stay here. There are convenience stores and a popular local ramen place nearby. Also a few car rental stores are located around within walking distance which is a great plus for us. No problem with the self check-in/out. Can request free bottle water from front desk if needed, along with other amenities. Parking is first-come-first-serve, but did not have any issue and offered more competitive option (1300 JPY per day).

The location is quite nearby Hakata station which makes tourists easily get to wherever they want. The breakfast provided is yummy.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, staff were very accommodating. Bathroom was very clean and love the lighting in the rooms.

1. All staffs are friendly and willing to help. 2. The hotel is located in the middle of Fukuoka. You can go to JR HAGATA station easily and there are many convenient stores around. 3. you can grab the toothbrush, the bottle of water and so on at appropriate amount per day 4. Check in & check out can be done by yourself on the second floor. If you have any trouble, the staff is there for providing the assistance 5. The breakfast is good. 6. The room is comfortable with a nice blanket & bed. There are lots of plugs in the room.

Very good breakfast. Love the rice burgers. Efficient and fast in preparing the food for "take away". Though managable, its location is a bit far from the JR Hakata Station Very good luggage storage services/ facilities before check in time. Great improvement in the convenience for having a separate bathroom and toilet in a twin bedded room.

Great location - can walk to Hakata station (with luggage) and Canal City, many eateries around, Nippon car rental round the corner. Easy and smooth self-check in and check out
