Breakfast was something different. Location proximity to the main train station , car rental within 2 mins walk, convenient stores just across hotel and also eateries as well. The staff kept the room clean daily. Corridor at room level was also kept clean. Staff at the reception was helpful too I like that the bathroom and toilet is separated its less stressful when the person sharing room needs to use the toilet and while one is showering.

Once we mastered Google Maps and its vagaries we were able to walk to anywhere we wanted. The Hotel was really central to many places. Busses took us to any outlying places. Station, Canal City, and night Food Stalls all a short walk. Breakfast was good and right at front door. Close to a range of different style eating places.

Good hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Very convenient self-check in and out. Clean and new. Very close to Hakata Station. Very simple but comfortable hotel. They have free lockers and luggage storage service. You can leave your luggages before check in and after check out. They also have same day luggage delivery service (with a minimal fee,) to airport. However, the pick up location is at domestic terminal, so be aware that you will still need to bring the luggages on the shuttle bus from domestic to international terminal. Will definitely come back here again.

The hotel is a short walk from the Hakata Station....many good eatery located nearby. The reception staffs are very helpful. Help us to arranged early morning airport transport. Like to share an experience about the situation at Fukuoka Airport Operation ...This Airport is closed from 11.00pm - 5.00am.

About 6-7 min walk from Hakata station (not bad)... Very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. We were also pleasantly surprised how neat the room was (in a little packed space as expected), with toilet and shower area separated, so we ended up extending our stay here. There are convenience stores and a popular local ramen place nearby. Also a few car rental stores are located around within walking distance which is a great plus for us. No problem with the self check-in/out. Can request free bottle water from front desk if needed, along with other amenities. Parking is first-come-first-serve, but did not have any issue and offered more competitive option (1300 JPY per day).

Great amenities and equipment, the TV is full of streaming options. Beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that toilets and showers were separated.

location is the best part of this hotel - extremely near hakata station and easy to navigate to other popular destinations. neighbourhood is quiet, the free hotel breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor was good too. minor issue with the room being on the small side but that's not unexpected for japan

The location is quite nearby Hakata station which makes tourists easily get to wherever they want. The breakfast provided is yummy.
